In order to maintain the high standards of excellence and to allow the organization of the Peterborough Children’s Choir to run smoothly and effectively, it is essential that all choir members and parents study the handbook and follow the rules and regulations accordingly. Choir members and parents must sign the agreement on the sheet included in the handbook.

The Peterborough Children’s Choir offers financial aid to those choir families who need assistance with tuition payments. Although we try to accommodate every request in full—we believe that no qualified singer should be denied membership in the choir for financial reasons—the allotment of aid in a given semester will depend on available funds and number of requests we receive. By filling out and signing this form, you acknowledge both a need for assistance and an obligation to ensure your daughter or son’s participation in the choir for the full semester.

We extend the opportunity for you to become an advertising sponsor and be represented in the programs for our 2008-2009 concert season (December 2008 and May 2009). Proceeds will be used to assist the choir in providing quality music education to area children.

Local businesses and individuals are invited to submit copy ready items for print Advertise your business, congratulate a student, or send a message to the choir!

Electronic Advertising Submission Guidelines

Deadline for Concert Programs: November 1, 2009

Acceptable File Formats:

  • PDF (fonts must be embedded)
  • EPS (fonts converted to outline)
  • TIF
  • JPG
  • QuarkXpress, version 4.11 or earlier

IMPORTANT: If fonts are not supplied with an ad, we will use our best judgment to substitute.
